Descripción y detalle de las actividades

We are seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in regulated manufacturing environments to lead daily production operations, ensure compliance with production schedules, and drive quality, safety, and operational performance.


Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Supervisor in the Medical Device, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience managing production personnel, equipment, and manufacturing resources.
  • Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Experience monitoring and reporting KPIs and production metrics.
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Non-Conformance Investigations, and CAPA processes.
  • Experience training, coaching, and developing production personnel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English level required, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, presentations, reports, and cross-functional interactions.
  • Ability to work in production and cleanroom environments as required.
  • Continuous improvement experience involving Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure production schedules are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • Coordinate personnel, materials, and resources to meet quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead investigations related to deviations, non-conformances, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
  • Monitor and report production performance through established KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Manage employee performance, training plans, and competency certifications.
  • Support workforce planning, employee development, and performance management activities.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements and production goals are consistently achieved.
